SECOND EDITION circa 1920 (first published by Henry Frowde in 1911), SMALL format, approximately 91 x 74 mm, 3½ x 2¾ inches, coloured frontispiece, green vignette and lettering on title page, text printed green throughout, 32 pages, bound in original publisher's pale green boards, large colour plate mounted on upper cover with title, floral patterned endpapers in mauve and green. Two very tiny scrapes to upper cover, no inscriptions, last letter missing on 7 lines on page 16 due to adhesion to inner edge of page 17 (binding flaw, see image), no loss of legibility.
