Add to basketQuarto in blue velvet covered, beveled boards, with Kiddush goblet in gilt on both covers. Unpaginated. Frenchfold. Introduction on the history of the Haggadah and its illustration by Cecil Roth. Jewel-like intricate colored illustrations and text by Arthur Szyk to every page. Fine, housed in a clamshell box wth Kiddush cup in gilt, and lined in matching blue velvet. Light sunning to top edge of box, else fine. A magnificent work. Arthur Szyk was a proud Polish Jew and Zionist; his anti-Nazi posters and cartoons were famous during WWII.
