An excellent original 1749 engraving of "A View of ye Grand Theatre and Fireworks erected on ye water near ye Court at ye Hague, on occasion of ye General Peace concluded at Aix le Chapelle Oct 8, 1748, and exhibited June 13, 1749. N.S." engraved for the Universal Magazine in 1749 for J. Hinton at Ye King's Arms in St Paul's Church-yard London". Size about 12 x 8 inches. Very good condition. Two shallow folds from where it was in a bound volume of the magazine. Suitable for framing with a generous blank surround. A very interesting scene. Seller Inventory # BMAMST2
