Hair Hair Everywhere: The Tale of Tula the Great Pyrenees (Mitman Family Zoo)

When she arrived, we weren't yet aware

How large she'd grow with fluffballs to spare.

Hair hair everywhere, everywhere hair!

This is the lighthearted story of Tula the Great Pyrenees and what makes her so special and rare, including all that adventurous hair! Humorous and fun, this tale is sure to get you thinking about the details in your life that put a smile on your face.

Limerick, drawings, and even hair,

just flip to find it here and there-

And see for yourself how all those white wisps,

capture her travels with plenty of twists.

It's a playful romp across the pages,

amusing to all, from pre-K to sages.

We've had pets of all kinds over the years, each with a unique story to tell. What amazes me most is the way that each animal, no matter their size, has brought something new and needed to our family life, something I'm excited to celebrate and share. Drawing my memories is my favorite way to do that. This book, the first in the Mitman Family Zoo Series, came about when our son's dog Tula came to stay, sometimes for short visits, and sometimes for longer ones. From the start, Tula kept us on our toes, reminding us to fully embrace the world around us and leaving us with plenty of reminders of our time together: Hair Hair Everywhere!
