He is the trail and gear editor for Running Times magazine and contributes regularly to Runner's World and Competitor magazines. Chase is president of the American Trail Running Association and is also the U.S. Trail Running Brand Ambassador, team captain, and manager for Salomon and Atlas Snow-Shoe Company.
