About the Author
Paul Brodel attended Plymouth Catering College and spent time in France learning about Mediterranean cooking. Paul then went on to other areas of the catering industry, including working as a waiter at the House of Commons. He has also worked as a food stylist on TV and for a lot of top TV chefs. CAROL BECKERMAN is a food writer, blogger, recipe developer, and author of six popular cookbooks. Equipped with more than 40 years of culinary experience, Carol is passionate about bringing flavors from around the world together in innovative and exciting combinations, and in particular, fusing these elements into her recipes in simple, easy-to-follow steps. Having finished her last book, Doughnuts!
