When a rogue askari assassinates three white men from powerful political families in New York, the murders catch the attention of the FBI that makes the arrest of the assassin the top priority of its most skilled agent.

In a bid to safeguard its secrecy, THOM’s leadership races against the FBI to annihilate the rogue askari, setting in motion a series of events that will either destroy THOM or set the stage for the liberation of Africa from the devastating clutches of European and Chinese powers.
