Natarajan has 30 plus years of comprehensive experience in some of the reputed companies like Larsen & Toubro (L&T), KONE Elevators, Amrutanjan Healthcare, Tebma Shipyards, PPN Power Generation, and Apollo Hospital Education and Research Foundation. BN is an Engineer turned HR professional, heading the HR function for the past decade and has experience in finding innovative solution to complex HR issues and implementing the same.

BN was exposed to Competency-Based HR solution in the early 2000 and since then has been using this in his role in the various organizations. After taking up the HR consultancy role, BN has a vision of sharing this knowledge with other HR professionals and has designed and conducted several workshops on the topic of “Competency-based HRM”. This book is culmination of the experiences in the industry and feedback from the workshops.

BN has been a part time faculty for Management students and is currently in the journey of transforming people lives through training and coaching. He is interested in supporting business leaders in the MSME sectors to set up HR processes and guide them in key HR initiatives for better people management.

Natarajan is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), With 150 plus hours of coaching experience.

BN has done his Bachelors in Science (Mathematics) from American College, Madurai, Bachelors in Production Technology from MIT, Chennai and his Masters in Human Resource Management from NMIMS, Mumbai University.
