About the Author
Dr. Chand P. Saini is an Associate Professor in Marketing, Retail Management, and Consumer Behavior. He has more than 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and academia and holds a doctorate degree in the field of Management on the topic “issues and challenges involved in E-tailing and its influence on Consumer Behavior." He has a master’s degree in the field of management as well as commerce and has qualified UGC NET in both disciplines along with the award of a Junior Research Fellowship in Management. Dr. Saini has authored and co-authored more than 30 research papers and has presented his research at more than 30 conferences of national and international repute including IITs and IIMs. He has five cases published at Case Center UK and has attended and conducted various seminars, workshops, and development programs in his field. Dr. Saini has chaired sessions in his domain as a reviewer of journals, has chaired technical sessions at international conferences, and has given expert lectures in his areas of expertise.
Dr. Neha Gupta is working as an Assistant Professor at Amity School of Business, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Department of Statistics & Operations Research, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, and is a Gold Medalist in M.Sc. (Operations Research). Her broad research interests include Optimization Modelling and Decision Sciences. Dr. Gupta is a lifetime member of the Operational Research Society of India and has more than 35 publications to her credit. She has recently authored two books and edited two books.
Dr. Ajay Kumar is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department, School of Engineering and Technology, JECRC University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. He received his Ph.D. in the field of Advanced Manufacturing from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, India after his B.Tech. (Hons.) in mechanical engineering and M. Tech. (Distinction) in manufacturing and automation. He also holds the position of Associate professor at Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, and State University of Aerospace, Saint Petersburg, Russia. He is an Adjunct Professor at Uttranchal University Dehradoon and K. R. Mangalam University Gurgaon. His area of research is synthesis/development, construction productivity, self-healing concrete, chemical and physical properties of fly ash, advanced concrete production, additive manufacturing, and surface modification.

I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (AHA-BUCH GmbH) via the Internet platforms AbeBooks and/or ZVAB. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions used by you will be objected to

§ 5 Choice of law, place of performance, place of jurisdiction
(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as this does not withdraw the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence (principle of favourability).
(2) The place of performance for all services arising from the existing business relationships with us as well as the place of jurisdiction is our registered office, insofar as you are not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought. The right to appeal to the court at another statutory place of jurisdiction remains unaffected by this.
(3) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall expressly not apply.
