8vo., Second Edition, with coloured frontispiece, 19 plates, and 293 illustrations and 3 full-page maps in the text; original green boards, upper board printed in black, cloth back printed in black, backstrip lightly browned else a near fine copy. The Handbook was first published in 1910. This considerably revised and augmented edition includes an extra 4 plates and 27 illustrations. It retains Read's preface to the original edition. VERY SCARCE IN THIS CONDITION.
