About the Author

Peter Rittgen received an MSc in computer science and computational linguistics from University Koblenz-Landau (Germany) and a PhD in economics and business administration from Frankfurt University (Germany). He is currently a senior lecturer at the School of Business and Informatics of the University College of Bor�s (Sweden). He has been doing research on business processes and the development of information systems since 1997 and published many articles in these areas.
