Ronald Lovell is a retired Professor of Journalism at Oregon State University. Prior to that he worked for Business Week, Medical World News, and McGraw-Hill World News.

Fred Zwahlen was Founder and Chairman of the Department of Journalism at Oregon State University, where he taught for more than 40 years.
