About the Author
John A.E. Hubbell, DVM, MS, DACVA, is professor of anesthesia in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Science at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He is a past dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Ohio State and has taught there for more than 20 years. He has been extensively involved in research, has published many journal articles, and has co-authored each previous edition of Handbook of Veterinary Anesthesia; he is also the co-author (with Muir) of Elsevier’s Equine Anesthesia: Monitoring and Emergency Therapy.
