Does the problem of climate change drive you to wonder how we can harmoniously coexist with our planet whilst living with the joys of the modern era?

This is a reasonable question, with melting ice caps, rising sea levels, acidifying ocean, deforestation, extinction of species and overall hotter earth that is fast becoming inhabitable in many regions. Not only do we need to know this answer but we need to fix these problems now!

In "Happy Climate - Happy Life" a book by Michael Lohscheller and his wife - Ulrike Louis, the authors use a straightforward approach to break down the complexities around climate change and how we can approach the future to save our earth. The authors, - Lohscheller with his 30-year global executive-level career and Louis - a medical professional with a passion for health, nutrition and wellness, team up to present this answer. The authors accomplish this in six chapters:

• Chapter Two: Mobility of the Future - here, emphasis is placed on the vehicles and services available, and what we need to capitalize on for a greener future.
• Chapter Three: Food of the Future - Our food and its production systems not only affect our health but also that of our earth. We spend some time exploring different diets, agricultural practices, food waste, and the surprising realities of growing animals for food.

• Chapter Five: Where Do We Need Help? This complex problem of climate change can not be tackled by only one person or group of people. We need help from the world's citizens, experts from across fields of expertise and leaders, and in this chapter, we take time to identify where they can help.
• Chapter Six: Everybody Can - In the final chapter, we discuss the most practical of all topics with steps that you can apply even today to make the world a greener place.

From chapters Two to Four, the authors accompany each chapter with a section titled "Recommendations", so that the book not only arms you with the information you need to make better choices but is practical enough so you can get started immediately.
