More than Mostly Happy: Happyness Tools For A Miraculous Life

You magical being! Yes, you!
I feel like I’ve known you forever. Maybe because I see our oneness so clearly. I honour our constant battle against fear in the form of despair, anxiety, hopelessness and self-doubt. I know how we’ve prayed for a better, happier way of life.

Now, spiritually speaking, the thing to understand is that lasting HAPPYness can only
come in once we accept that one can never be completely, perfectly happy. Not all the time anyway. But in our fast-paced, hectic-as-all-hell life, what IS possible and more importantly,
DOABLE, is being more happy than unhappy on any given day. That’s it, that’s the goal: To be ‘mostly happy’ each day. And the more days you have where you’re ‘mostly happy’, you will have reached the more than ‘mostly happy’ zone which, in my own words, is realistic nirvana for us all. But first, let’s get you to ‘mostly happy’ and for that, all you need to do is deploy simple HAPPYness Tools in your daily life. And that’s what I offer in this book: radical HAPPYness tools that changed my own life. I also offer a whole lot of love, bear hugs, colourful affirmations, journaling and unconditional support.

I promise that so long as you diligently deploy the tools in this book (even just one), the
Universe will respond with more profound shifts and magic than you’ll know what to do with! So go on, kickstart your HAPPYness Journey with me because frankly, you have nothing
to lose and only miracles to gain!

About Author

My name is Rajivi Rao, I’m 33 and loving it. By profession, I’m a multiple award-winning copy-writer. I have 22 international advertising awards, in fact. But they aren’t the most interesting things about me. My personal growth and healing, on the other hand, are!
By purpose and passion, I’m a full-time HAPPYness Addict. I do my best to spread HAPPYness and relief through my Instagram account @theHAPPYnessAddict which has Spiritual Art, Tools, Videos and Reels.

Through this book, which is a culmination of laughter, tears, some more tears, growth and gratitude, I aim to serve as many people as possible so they too can experience profound shifts and miracles using the tools I’ve shared here. It’s important to point out that I’m not a therapist. But I AM a forever spiritual student and the more I learn, the braver I become to spread that learning so that more and more people can build their HAPPYness Practice and kickstart their HAPPYness Journey.
