Hard 14x14 Binary Puzzles

2 puzzles per page;
140 puzzles in total;
level of difficulty is hard with 14x14 grid;
all puzzles include solutions at the end;
there is always just one answer to each puzzle.

The guidelines for solving each binary problem are as follows:
1. There should be a zero or a one in each box.
2. There can't be more than two equal integers next to or below each other.
3. There should be an equal number of zeros and ones in each row and column.
4. Each row and column have their own identity. As a result, no row can be precisely the same as another row, and no column can be exactly the same as another column.

There is only one answer to each binary problem. Like Sudoku, each problem starts with many squares in the grid already filled.
