Breathtakingly beautiful set, all Near Fine or Fine in original DJs, of the first seven books in the beloved series that got kids interested in reading again! Also includes Book # 8, "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Parts One and Two,'' the Special Rehearsal Script. These are all First American Editions, but only Books #5-#8 are First Printings as well. All are nearly or completely clean, bindings secure & straight, pages white; some have an occasional smudge or shelf dust, some a tiny corner crease or bumped corners & rubbing to the lower boards. The DJs are all bright & colorful; some are downgraded to Near Fine due to a very slight amount of edgewear or rubbing. All are now beautifully protected in new mylar covers to keep them this nice for years to come. Other specific flaws: Book #2 has heavier rubbing to lower & upper edges, down to underlying boards is a few spots. Book #4 has some soiled spots in front matter & a raggedly torn upper-outer corner of first Contents page, smudge to fore edge. Book $5 has a light pen mark to upper outside page edges & a cracked spine at title page. Book #7: very light spotting to fore edge & top outer page edges, slight sunning to head of spine.
