Renowned poet David T. W. McCord was born in New York City in 1897 and grew up in Princeton, NJ and rural Oregon. He earned a BA and an MA at Harvard University and was later awarded honorary doctorates from 22 universities. McCord's honors include a grant from the National Institute of Arts and Letters and fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation, the Royal Society of Arts in London, and Marlboro College. He was an Editor at the Harvard Alumni Bulletin and executive director of the Harvard Fund.
Steve Dunwell makes images of historical subjects, architecture and aerial views, with a special emphasis on Boston subjects. He has created 17 photo books, including "Extraordinary Boston" and "The Run of the Mill." His work is widely published in magazines and corporate media.
