Haunted Ops: 25 True Paranormal Encounters in the U.S. Military

Across remote bases, classified facilities, and warzones around the world, U.S. service members have encountered things that defy training, protocol, and physics. These are men and women accustomed to pressure, danger, and the unknown—yet even they could not explain the shadows that moved on their own, the lights that stalked aircraft, or the figures that appeared inside sealed rooms with no possible entry.

Most of these incidents were never reported, buried under fear of ridicule or wrapped in layers of classification. Still, the stories persisted—whispered in guard shacks, exchanged in flight lines at 2 a.m., or shared quietly between crew members who saw the same impossible thing on different nights. Patterns emerged: bases repeatedly visited, aircraft repeatedly followed, and personnel repeatedly confronted by something that seemed intelligent… and aware.
This book collects those firsthand accounts—cleaned, structured, and presented exactly as the witnesses experienced them. They are not ghost stories. They are operational records from professionals who found themselves face-to-face with the unexplainable.
