About the Author

Vicki Renz grew up in the UK and currently lives in Germany. Vicki is mother to two boys and five angels. As an intuitive since a young age, it drove Vicki's curiosity for learning about healing techniques. After experiencing recurrent miscarriages, Vicki explored many healing techniques to help her to grieve and process her losses. Going through seven pregnancies also made her very in tune with her body, really noticing each weird and wonderful pregnancy symptom. Vicki has made it her mission to support and guide women to really understand the bodily changes they go through during pregnancy, postpartum and miscarriage so that they feel empowered and confident in themselves. Vicki created the Oh My Mama Body platform, which includes a website, YouTube channel, healing and coaching courses and private Facebook groups. Giving women a platform where they feel understood and find the answers they need. Vicki guides women who have been through miscarriage to heal at a deep level and feel held in a supportive community. She supports them in re-discovering their confidence and inner-strength so that they can step forward in their full empowerment once more. Vicki is passionate about helping people to really understand and honour their true-selves, to build their inner-strength and confidence so that they feel empowered, discover the true beauty of life and find lasting fulfilment.
