About the Author
Dr. Marshall was awarded two B. A. degrees from Austin College in Texas. One was in philosophy, the other in psychology. He attended the University of Oklahoma receiving an M.A. and Ph.D. in Philosophy specializing in "Philosophy of the Behavioral Sciences." A research grant allowed Dr. Marshall to study with Dr. Medard Boss in Zurich, Switzerland. He participated in Post Doctoral studies at the University of California, Berkeley, the University of Virginia, and studied with Dr. Carl Rogers in Oregon. He has taught both philosophy and psychology at Universities in Kansas, Texas and California. As a licensed counselor, he maintained an office where he administered Guided Imagery with numerous patients/clients.
