Healing Words: Discover the Healing Power of Speaking the Scriptures

Sadly, sickness has become the norm for many Christians, who often lack knowledge of how the body functions, how emotions impact health, how thinking patterns affect health, and how to receive healing from the atonement of Christ. They spend thousands of dollars on health care and are often not truly healed or healthy. Many are looking for answers and are hungry for this information. Illness is not the will of God.
 
Healing Words makes it clear that it is God’s will to see His people living an abundant life, and it provides practical, specific steps to move in this direction. This book will teach people how to put the principles of healing to use.
Each chapter on body systems will include:

• A description of the body system components and common challenges
• Chinese medicine insights and observations
• Proven and effective healing scriptures specific to various body systems
• Healing declarations and a sample prayer

A foundation for learning about God’s will to heal is included in the beginning so the reader can grow in knowledge and boldness in receiving what God has already provided.

Sylvia Rogers is a licensed (Christian) spiritual healer and certified biofeedback specialist. She earned a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Portland. Rogers has been a natural health practitioner and herb specialist for 33 years. She’s travelled to China and studied Chinese constitutional medicine both in the United States and China. She is currently a health and wellness instructor for Nature’s Sunshine Products, the first herb company to put herbs into capsules, and she travels nationally teaching for them. She and her husband own the Herbal Health Center in Portland, Oregon. They have three adult children who are married and active in the church.
