About the Author

Dr. Ali Sunyaev completed his doctoral thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Helmut Krcmar at the Chair of Information Systems at Technische Universit�t M�nchen (TUM). He is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Information Systems Quality at the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences, University of Cologne.
