Christiane moved to Australia from Mauritius in 1971. Two months after arriving in Australia, she started a career with the Department of Defence. During her 25 years with Defence she worked in finance, logistics, and Information Technology. During the time that she was managing the Military Library in Moorebank Christiane studied an Associate Diploma in Arts, specialising in Library. In 1996, she started a small business in Soft Furnishing and Decor. She enjoyed embellishing some notable homes in the most affluent parts of Sydney.Christiane was in a very destructive marriage for many years, being a victim of domestic violence. She felt humiliated and did not want to share what she was going through. It took a long time to get her life together again. She met a coach who helped her get her power back. She then had the courage to end her marriage.When Christiane came to the Gold Coast in 2004, she felt that she wanted to contribute more to humanity. In 2007, Christiane embarked on an intense coaching training programme which lasted for 12 months. During that time she worked closely with a Master Coach. This was the foundation for her total transformation and in realising her dreams to be of service to humanity.Christiane is very connected to health and wellbeing. In April 2014, she succumbed to a slipped disc and the doctor's diagnosis was heavy painkillers and impending surgery. With sheer determination she started investigating alternative solutions that got her some amazing results. With intense physiotherapy, acupuncture, and osteopath treatments she finally got the normal use of her limbs again. She no longer required surgery nor medication.In October 2015, Christiane's health was challenged again as she was diagnosed with Type II diabetes. Determined to restore her health she rigidly followed a blood type diet that she had been following casually for five years. She implemented a tough routine of daily walks and meditation. She was able to get off her medications within a few months.Her passion is to educate committed people willing to restore their health naturally. She follows the Zen Macrobiotic principles that have helped her maintain a balanced and healthy life. Christiane believes that people can avoid surgery and avoid living permanently on medical prescription if they choose to.Her ultimate goal is to promote vitality, longevity, and natural healing.
