In this book, the authors (1) disclose a systematic methodology for curing chronic diseases; (2) teach health optimization methodology for enabling people to achieve the maximum lifespans; (3) refute the two-century old INCURABLE notion and attribute the inability to find cures for chronic diseases to the flaws in medicine; and (4) advocate for worldwide medical reform necessary to stop population health deterioration and extend human survival on the planet. They hope that their methodology can effectively arrest the momentum of the rapidly declining population health in the U.S and the world.

The authors have proved their methodology by many pioneering researches. First, the authors have proved by irrefutable evidence that the population-based medical research and treatment models are clearly incorrect as far as they concern chronic diseases. They found that all key presumptions do not held. Most medical researches uses an impermissible step of summing and averaging intensive properties which may not be added up. Such researches routinely produce junk science discoveries. The flaw is like attempting to treat highly-dynamic human life systems under the influence of many variables as static substances so that they can be compared like weighing their weights on a balance. If this medical research model has been used in repairing cars and planes, no broken car/plane can ever be fixed. Their findings have cleared huddles in the path to finding real cures.

The authors developed their health optimization methodology by molding the holistic mind-and-body model and extending the role of the Central Nervous System (CNS) in maintaining health. To expand the mind-and-body healing theories, they developed a body of disease theories on physiological properties in tissue, and rely on discoveries in organ-organ interactions, immunity functions, and stem cell repairing mechanisms. They have expanded influencing variables to cover a huge number of factors in emotion, physical activities, environmental factors, diets, and exposure to massive toxic substances.

The authors identify six classes of health properties for evaluating immune functional capacities, examined immune functional capabilities fluctuation patterns and amplitudes, they found that a person’s immune capabilities generally can run only at fractions of the available maximum values. In a bad case, half to two-thirds of the immune capabilities may be suppressed by a large number of factors. Those discoveries serve to validate their multiple disease causes model and their expanded mind-body model.
