In good condition. Spine lightly skewed from improper storage. Light rubbing to extremities. A bit of dryness along edges. Gilt top edge. Previous owner s name in old hand dated 1911 on front flyleaf. Interior lightly toned. Sporadic pencil markings and underlining throughout. Binding tight and intact. Silk book mark in very nice shape. Please see photos. A lovely book published in 1908 in East Aurora, New York. Written by Elbert Hubbard, an early American Philosopher. It gives the reader well thought out advice and strategies for expanding your potential. Elbert Hubbard would go on to write many other books until his death aboard the RMS Lusitania during World War One.
