Ransom, D.O., M.B.A., M.P.H., FACHE, is director of the Program for Health Improvement and Leadership Development and as associate professor with tenure in obstetrics, gynecology, health management and policy at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Maulik S. Joshi, Dr.P.H., is president and chief executive officer of the Delmarva Foundation in Easton, Maryland. Delmarva is a not-for-profit, national, quality improvement organization. David B. Nash, M.D., M.B.A., is the Dr. Raymond C. and Doris N. Grandon Professor and chair of the department of health policy at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
