About the Author
Donald W. Kemper, MPH, has written six books on self-care, health promotion, and information therapy, including the "HealthwiseŽ Handbook" and "Information Therapy: Prescribed Information as a Reimbursable Medical Service". Mr. Kemper is founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of nonprofit Healthwise, Incorporated, and founding chair for the Washington, D.C.-based Center for Information Therapy.
