Dr. Rediehs specializes in appreciative and strength-based approaches to organizational change.Larry E Webb, Rel.D. has worked with corporations, churches, community organizations and government agencies for over thirty-five years. He?s taught at colleges and graduate programs and has been a pastor, psychotherapist and is currently the President of The Kilgore Group LLC, an international consultancy.
