About the Authors

José van Mil grew up in her father's restaurant and trained at the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London. She resides in Amstelveen. Christina MacKenzie-Archer is a registered dietician living in London.

Jose van Mil grew up in her father's restaurant and trained at the Cordon Bleu Cookery School in London. She currently works as a food stylist and culinary consultant to a number of food brands. She has written for the Pink Ribbon Foundation and developed the method and recipes featured in this book while cooking for her husband during his ongoing fight against cancer. <BR> Christine Archer-Mackenzie is a member of the Board of London's University College Hospital Foundation Trust. She worked for many years as a scientist, concentrating her work on cancer, its treatments, and their side effects, particularly eating difficulties. When her husband was diagnosed with cancer, she focused research on the field of nutrition to help him overcome the disease.
