Within this guide, you'll find the lyrics to Aguacate Music Kids' original Healthy Me album songs, along with an array of enriching facts, practical tips, and hands-on activity suggestions for each track. The vibrant illustrations and characters (Wawa the Otter, Coco the Crocodile, Manu the Turtle, and Aguacate the Avocado) add an extra layer of fun and engagement, making health education enjoyable for kids.

Natalia and Anna-Maria, both seasoned educators with backgrounds in music and early childhood education, have designed this resource for seamless integration into both home and classroom settings. Join us as we embark on a musical and educational journey that promotes well-being for all!

Anna-Maria Violich-Olivier, together with Natalia Bernal, is the Co-Director of the Healthy Me/Saludable Soy Program and part of the duo Aguacate Music Kids. She is a music and movement specialist with over 20 years in elementary and early childhood education. She has a Masters degree in Education and a California state bilingual teaching credential. She is a songwriter and recording artist of the Healthy Me and Saludable Soy albums, released in November 2023, and co-author of the Healthy Me Songbook and Activity Guide, released November 2024. Anna-Maria is a native bilingual (Spanish/English), raised in Venezuela, who now lives in Berkeley, CA with her husband and twin daughters.

Natalia Bernal, together with Anna-Maria Violich-Olivier, is the Co-Director of the Healthy Me/Saludable Soy Program and part of the duo Aguacate Music Kids. She is a music and movement specialist with over 20 years in elementary and early childhood education. She has a Masters degree in Education and a California state bilingual teaching credential. She is a songwriter and recording artist of the Healthy Me and Saludable Soy albums, released in November 2023, and co-author of the Healthy Me Songbook and Activity Guide, released November 2024. Natalia is a native bilingual (Spanish/English) whose family is from Uruguay, and she lives in Berkeley, CA with her amazing teenager.
