Hearing God Bible Study (IVP Signature Bible Studies)

The Companion Bible Study to Hearing God by Dallas Willard

If you've been moved by Dallas Willard's vision of a conversational life with God and you're asking, "But how do I actually live this?", this is your next step. Hearing God Bible Study grounds Willard's core themes in Scripture, helping you move from reading to reflection to real-life application, whether on your own or with a group.

Written by Jan Johnson, a respected spiritual formation author, this six-session guide explores questions that cut to the heart of the Christian life: Can we really hear God? What does a relational view of God look like? How do the Scriptures, the still small voice, and unexpected promptings shape the way we listen to God?

What you'll find inside:

• Six sessions weave together Willard's insights and specific Scripture passages, moving from foundational questions about conversing with God to what it means to be his colaborers.
• Reflection questions and application ideas help you move from understanding to transformation.
• Includes a leader's guide well-suited for small groups, Sunday school classes, or book clubs.

This companion guide is designed to be used alongside Hearing God by Dallas Willard. If want to read Hearing God alongside a resource that will help you process and apply what you are learning, this is the Bible study for you.
