About the Author

Mystic and scientist, philosopher and clinician, priestess, prankster, and professor, Bair's passion is weaving the many disparate threads of science and spirit into a tapestry of whole cloth. Dancing within the dimensions of body, mind, and spirit, she synchronizes all three into one coherent experience of conscious living. She holds multidisciplinary professional credentials, including licenses in nursing and psychotherapy, ordination, a post graduate degree in spiritual direction, and dual doctorates in energy medicine and spiritual healing. Her research on The Heart Field Effect documented interpersonal energy connections and effects, and she is the creator of Heart Centered Wellness, a comprehensive health and wellness map that goes beyond conventional medicine to self directed thriving, and abundant living. Dr Bair is on the faculty of Holos University Graduate Seminary where she directs the Integrative Health Care, and teaches Heart Centered Meditation. Residing in Harrisburg, PA, she directs Center for True Self, does local and distant individual mentoring, group teaching, workshops, keynotes, and writes on related topics.
