Illustrated with fold-out map, plates from photographs, full-page and in text. Fair to poor, cloth at front spine groove is torn part way down from top and worn at edges, hinges badly cracked, shaken, text block is intact. Mustard cloth with gilt , beveled edges, gilt page edges.
