In an expanded and updated version, The Heart of UX guides the UX researcher into deeper states of connection - illustrating best practices in UX research, co-mingled with relevant instruction about neuroscience, psychology, and physics. The blend of instruction and insight leads to a fuller awareness of yourself, in order to develop technologies that serve humanity. Knowing and owning this connection helps you become a Connected Researcher: one who moves with passion and fluidity, sprinkled with grace.
