Green bds.have silver decorative square in middle with green text. First volume has a a few small white spots/splattered on back bd. Second volume has torn fore-edge on back bd, lower half, otherwise bds. are very clean and good, square spine. Pages in both copies are very nice clean, crisp and tight, unmarked. Volume 1 does have a small stain in corner near spine on back and back pages. Volume 1; Corporations, 408 pages. Volume 2; Institutional Investors, 226 like new looking pages.
