The easy-to-read text in this book traces the life and works of Master Bengt (1905-94), whose glassblown pieces have triumphantly been exhibited at the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm. Born into a family of glass-blowers, Bengt Heintze went on to become a legend in his own right. Master Bengt has been given two awards by the National Council for Cultural Affairs and his work has been admired by royalty, such as King Gustaf VI Adolf and King Carl XVI Gustaf. The book has many photographs of BengtÆs life and of his art glass, which ranges from stylistic vases, bowls, and urns to nature-inspired glass scuptures. Prices are net and payable by check, money-order, Visa or MasterCard;
postage
and handling is extra. Prices subject to change without notice. All
individual
orders must be pre-paid unless there is a previous agreement with us.
We now
charge a $20.00 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds. Libraries
may be
accommodated by deferred billing upon request. Any book that is not
satisfactory
must be retuned within 30 days or full credit cannot be guaranteed.
