Judith McLeod-Odell was taught to knit by her grandmother, and by the time she was eight she could knit a sock on four needles and turn a heel. She has collected knitting books and patterns for many years, and while working as a nurse she began to experiment with updating historic patterns and developing her own designs. She lives in Hertfordshire. This is her first book.
