HELF SELP
A JOURNEY FROM FAR TO NEAR
At sunrise on a summer's day a boy was born on the African plain...

HELF SELP takes place somewhere between miracles and magic and a mother's love. It’s the story of Suah Chase, a remarkable special needs boy, adopted by an international singing star and insulated within a bubble world of pop celebrity and round-the-clock au pairs. It’s a story of potential and inspiration, of finding oneself and in doing so, perhaps discovering a way in which we all might transform the world.

Singing sensation Gianna Chase travels the globe doing what she loves but fame and fortune can't compare to a love she can call her own, a love she doesn't have to share with the world. When Gianna's personal world comes apart, her nine-year-old adopted son Suah finds himself on an unplanned adventure, an enlightening exploration, one he encounters on his own terms. Ever curious about the peculiar ways in which people approach their lives, he comes into his own, even as he's mystified by it. As he touches people he comes across on his quest, we are taken on an uplifting journey with him – a journey as near as the latent powers in all of us and as far different as the way the world reacts to him. Seen through Suah’s eyes, the world is the only one with special needs. Seen through Suah’s heart, we are the ones with miracles waiting inside of us.
