Hello My Name Is

This isn’t a gay book. This isn’t a love story. This is a true account of a young man who, like many of us, doesn’t know himself. Who spends his young adult years, looking for a place to fit in. This is a story of coming out, of coming of age. This is the often untold story of mental abuse in the gay community; deception, infidelity, HIV and suicide. This is what happens when ‘happily ever after’ doesn’t show up. Follow Rasheed as he comes to grips with his self, his sexuality, his parents and family. Brace yourself for raw, vivid story telling that will leave you laughing out loud or crying on pages. Hello My Name Is - is the American story of a gay black Muslim who has no idea what he’s doing.
