Don Wilding is a co-founder of the nonprofit Henry Beston Society of Cape Cod. An award-winning newspaper editor, writer and designer, Don has been the lecturer for dozens of Beston Society programs across New England since 2002. Among the hosts for Don's lecture programs have been the Cape Cod National Seashore, the Thoreau Society, the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, the Massachusetts Audubon Society, and the Cape Cod Museum of Art. Don is the producer for the Beston Society's upcoming feature length documentary film based on this book. He lives with his wife, Nita, on Cape Cod.
