The Hero of Anwyn, by Dutch author Cathinca van Sprundel, is inspired by medieval myths from Wales - the Mabinogion. The thrilling adventure was published by Dutch Venture Publishing in 2019, with cover design: by Carmen Ploeg, editing by Jen Minkman, English translation by Marleen Ossterbaan. Now, for the first time, it is brought to Chinese readers across the world.

These are Cathinca van Sprundel's own words: "From the moment I could hold a pen, I was in love with writing and letters. I always had my nose in the books and wrote notebooks full of stories, something I still do.""With a bachelor's degree in Film and Literature Studies and a master's degree in Journalism and New Media, I went out into the wide world. At the moment I work as a communication consultant, copywriter and (final) editor.""I can express my creativity in my books and stories. My first book The Lady of Myrdin was published in 2017, and my second book The Hero of Anwyn in 2019. For these two books I was inspired by medieval myths from Wales: the Mabinogion.""I also love fairy tales and that resulted in two publications in the short story collections Er was eens or 'Once upon a time - the heart of a villain'."Cathinca's other interests include singing, playing Harp and Bodhran, archery, and dancing
