One Hundred Issues! The century mark. Do we show our age yet? Three hundred and forty-four stories published. Tons of art and authors round out the even hundred issues. Nearly every genre has been published within these pages. We've reprinted stories from as diverse a group of titles as GUN MOLLS, OPERATOR #5, THE SPIDER, G-8 AND HIS BATTLE ACES, BATTLE STORIES, THRILLING MYSTERY, SPICY DETECTIVE STORIES, MYSTERIOUS WU FANG, DR. YEN SIN, ALL DETECTIVE MAGAZINE, ALL-STORY, DOUBLE DETECTIVE, ACE G-MAN STORIES, CAPTAIN ZERO, CAPTAIN HAZZARD, G-MEN and more. We've always wanted this title to be as disparate as the pulps and I feel we've met that criteria. For a complete listing for all stories and authors published, check out the last several pages of this issue as present a wrap-up of the entire run from the official issue #2 through issue #99. We receive a fair amount of emails and mail wanting us to reprint some of their favorites. If this was a perfect world things like, budgets, print runs, sales figures and copyright holders refusing to allow their material to be reprinted, would not exist. But alas they do, but as long as you...our dedicated reader continues to crave these great stories of yesteryear...then High Adventure will continue to print them. Now with this Hundredth Issue, we've tried to include one story from each of the major genres. Great stories, some great authors....Conan author Robert E. Howard, Dan Turner's author, Robert Leslie Bellem, even Doc Savage sometime ghost author Norman Daniels. How about science fiction legend, David H. Keller?
