You’re built for more. Bolder experiences, more meaningful achievements, and a full, adventurous life. And while strong in many areas, you can’t seem to catch a break in others. It’s in those gaps where adversity catches you off guard and derails your best laid plans. This happens to us all.

In High Agency Human: Navigate Adversity and Live Big, decorated military veteran and registered nurse Vickie Lanthier shares the mindset and practical frameworks that help you weather storms and remain unshakable in the pursuit of your goals. Drawing from research, interviews, and her own lived experience, Lanthier shows how to:

• Identify and fill gaps so you won’t be caught off guard again
• Bounce back faster from financial crisis
• Move from reaction to intentional, confident action
• Increase your influence on your own life

The hard times will persist but so will you. This is your playbook for living big, no matter what life throws your way.
