About the Author
Donna R. Neusch is a partner with Millennium Management Tools, Inc., a management consulting and education firm, located in Evergreen, Colorado. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and is a Certified Compensation Professional. Prior to forming her consulting firm, Donna was a practitioner in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of people systems. Her efforts supported initiatives such as self-directed work teams, work cells, time-to-market product development, and JIT/TQM. Donna held senior management level positions with Motorola and Tellabs. Alan F. Siebenaler is a partner with Millennium Management Tools. Prior to joining the firm, Alan worked at GTE and Tellabs where he held senior level positions in operations, manufacturing, product development, and quality and design technologies. Alan’s hands-on experience spans initiatives such as strategic quality management, JIT/Demand flow manufacturing, focused factories, self-directed work teams, process perfection teams, and pay-for-skills compensation plans. In their current consulting and training enterprise, Donna and Alan work with clients such as Abbott Laboratories, Motorola, Perrigo, Boeing Canada Technology Ltd., Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Johnson & Johnson, and Westinghouse.
