Columnista del periódico El Universal, conductor del programa de televisión Espiral en el Canal 11 del IPN y comentarista de los noticiarios Enfoque y Nocturno de Proyecto 40, se ha desempeñado también como profesor durante más de quince años en el Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE).
Ha escrito varios libros, entre los que se encuentran La institución ciudadana (2007), Los socios de Elba Esther (Planeta, 2007) y El otro México (Temas de hoy, 2011). Además, ha coordinado El México Indignado (Destino, 2011) y el Reporte sobre la discriminación en México (CIDE-Conapred, 2012).
Ricardo Raphael is an academic, journalist, and writer. He is a columnist for El Universal, host of the television program Espiral on Canal 11 of the IPN, and a commentator on the news programs Enfoque and Nocturno on Proyecto 40. Additionally, he has been a professor for more than fifteen years at the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE).
He has written several books, including La institución ciudadana (2007), Los socios de Elba Esther (Planeta, 2007), and El otro México (Temas de hoy, 2011). He has also coordinated El México Indignado (Destino, 2011) and Reporte sobre la discriminación en México (CIDE-Conapred, 2012).
