Small octavo: [14], 314, [6 index]pp., 9 engraved plates some folding. Engraved title-page and text woodcuts. Good copy bound in vellum with replacement end-papes. Title-page and last leaf a little browned but otherwise very good internally.nThe Vlacq reprint, the same year as the Copenhagen original, and having the same plates. Bartholin's important work containing 200 case studies of anomalies of nature, people with birth defects.
