A scarce essay examining biblical translations from the original languages. Commenting particularly on Mr Bellamy's translation. With examples of Hebrew in the text. In a half calf binding with marbled boards. Externally, rubbed to extremities, front joint cracked. Internally, firmly bound. Bright but with light scattered foxing, heavier to first and last few pages as usual. Good.
