Original illustrated orange boards, some damage at top right. 78 pp. text, "Chronological Record of the Rebellion" running from November 1860 to January 21, 1865 with abrasion damage at the top edge. Folding map with outline color by state and color markings of the locations of battles. Map is in good condition, with some separations along folds and at some fold junctions. Small loss along one fold in northern Virginia. 4 inset maps, of Northeast Virginia, Southeast Virginia, Charleston and Vicinity and Vicksburg and Vicinity.
