xvii, 419 p. Folding plan, 5 plates including an engraving of the City seal not mentioned by Smith Bib. Cant. Strong library buckram binding with the usual markings from a city reference library. A tall untrimmed copy with some offset from the plates. [The "Advertisement to the second edition" describes Samuel Denne as the "compiler of the greatest part" of the original work.].
